At Whole Hearted Baking Company we specialize in baking with a natural touch. We use premium local organic ingredients in our products. 

We feel that using fresh local/organic ingredients produce bakery items that are far superior in nutrition, taste, and even looks.

We bake all our conventional bakery items using local stone ground organic  spelt flour that is grown in Lancaster County and milled at the historic Annville Mill. 

We specialize in the following areas:

• Pies  made with seasonal fresh fruits.  (We do not use any premade or canned fillings.  We do, however, sometimes freeze fruit when it is in season so that we can lengthen the time we can offer blueberry and peach pies).  We are currently trying to make a marriage between a local pie filling maker that uses local fruit, to make us  cherry pie fillings to our specifications (using organic sugar, non GMO thickeners, etc). 
• Cakes: We can make cakes for any occasion from weddings to birthday cakes and everything in between.  We even make gluten free wedding cakes!
• Scones & Sticky Buns
• Cookies - You will see us selling big family sized cookies at the market.  However, we love to make beautiful dainty cookies as well.  We can make you a cookie tray you will be very proud of.
• Special Needs:  Contact us and we will be glad to discuss your special needs.  We can modify most recipes to make them casein free, egg, gluten free, vegan, etc.  Gluten free is a little more challenging but we are up for the challenge!
